How to choose a Microless camera for sports photography
A good burst mode is essential in a sports camera. This relates to your camera’s frame rate. Less time means more chances to get that winning mid-action shot. Mirrorless cameras are better in this area since they don’t have a physical shutter. However, many DSLRs feature decent burst modes.
But a powerful burst mode is useless without a decent buffer depth. This is the number of continuous photographs a camera can capture before pausing. Shooting in JPEG provides a greater buffer than shooting in RAW. Professional cameras should have good RAW buffer depths.
